Accounts are in the name of the corporation: We open these accounts entirely in the name of the corporation and they remain entirely property of the corporation.

Where appropriate, investments are guaranteed by CDIC coverage. We are a member of the CIPF (Canadian Investor Protection Fund) as well. Because of the restrictions within the Condominium Property Act, we are investing in what are overall low-risk securities and portfolios.
There are a few companies providing this service. I believe that we stand alone with our expertise, education credentials and an investment fund specifically designed for this application.
As mentioned above, because all of the investments are compliant with the Condominium Property Act, these investments are overall low risk, and by requirement there can be no high or speculative holdings.
